If the person you are caring for is in care at a different hospital, hospice or other place we have not listed, there is an NHS Carer Support Team within Lanarkshire that you can talk to. They provide support to the families of people in care, whilst they are in a hospital or hospice. North Lanarkshire Carers Together work within Primary Care to support families and unpaid carers in the community. They also provide staff awareness and support within each of their areas.
