NHS Lanarkshire Carer Support Team - Hospitals

If the person you are caring for is in a hospital or hospice at the moment, there is an NHS Carer Support Team within Lanarkshire that you can talk to. This team consists of three acute co-ordinator for carers and two co-ordinator assistants within each of the acute hospitals to support families of people whilst they are in hospital.

North Lanarkshire Carers Together and South Lanarkshire Carers Network work within Primary Care to support families and unpaid carers in the community. They also provide staff awareness and support within each of their areas.
