Falls Service (NHS Lanarkshire)
This service cares for people who have had falls that are difficult to manage, or that happen often, or where it’s not known what’s causing the fall. The team also work with people who have dizziness, who feel lightheaded, or who blackout.
Referrals to the team are made by your GP/health professional or other health professionals.
