You can also contact the Samaritans on 116 123 or visit https://www.samaritans.org/ You may be feeling stressed or anxious due to a recent life event. You may find talking to someone would help to relieve this anxiety. There are several organisations which you can contact for help such as 'Breathing Space', a free, confidential phoneline for anyone in Scotland age 16 years or over, feeling low, anxious or depressed.
